Hello me again. It doesn’t seam two seconds since I wrote my last post. I’ve enjoyed this beautiful sunny but cold weather we’ve had.

Name: Daisy Annabel

Age: 15 (and a half) months

Developments Made: Drawing, ok so I’m no Michelangelo but I can put a pen to paper and I think the abstract look is so much more en vogue. I like to try different mediums, but mum wasn’t best pleased with my suntan lotion creation on the carpet.

Going down slides, there are some children who sit at the top of the slide for ages deliberating whether it is safe to go down. Not me. My favourite method is headfirst, at top speed. Ok so I once I didn’t realise there was a big drop and I landed headfirst with a mouthful of sand, that wasn’t so nice.

Self Defence, my parents can be quite bossy dictating where I go and when. I have found a kick in the face or a headbutt an effective method of communicating my dissatisfaction. Though I do wonder if I sometimes go a bit too far? This week mum has suffered two cut and swollen lips.

Achievement: I received my first Progress Report from nursery this month, here’s a short extract:

“She will, at times, concentrate intently on an object or activity of her own choice for a short while, though a dominate stimulus elsewhere will easily distract her.”

I don’t know what all the fuss is about having to sit in one place for a length of time, don’t they know there are just so many interesting things to see and do?

I love putting my daughter in blue but she without much help has discovered the colour pink. “The pink one, mummy!”
